Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Spa Therapist Intern. Responsibilities:

- Assist senior spa therapists in conducting spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other beauty and wellness treatments.

- Perform basic spa tasks, such as setting up treatment rooms, ensuring clean and sanitized equipment, and maintaining a soothing environment for guests.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests are comfortable and receive personalized attention throughout their spa experience.

- Educate guests about spa offerings, treatments, and products, and make recommendations based on their specific needs and preferences.

- Help maintain inventory and restock spa supplies, including oils, lotions, towels, and other necessary items.

- Assist with spa reception duties, including welcoming and checking in guests, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in various spa therapies and techniques.

- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized spa therapy, beauty therapy, or related program.

- Strong passion for the spa industry and a desire to learn and grow as a spa therapist.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

- Basic knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and products.

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per spa operations.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Must adhere to spa policies, procedures, and standards, including maintaining client confidentiality.
